2. Products & Intended Use

Our products, including Zopec UPS systems and medical IT equipment, are designed for professional healthcare, clinical, biomedical engineering, and authorised use only.

• Products are not intended for consumer self-diagnosis or self-treatment.
• All equipment must be installed, configured, and used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and applicable Australian standards.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure product suitability for their intended application.

3. Orders & Acceptance

• All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability.
• We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel orders at our discretion, including due to pricing errors, stock availability, or verification requirements.
• Once an order is accepted, you will receive an order confirmation email.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise.
• Prices may be changed at any time without notice.
• Payment must be completed in full prior to shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• OHM Medical IT reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, supply chain disruptions, or force majeure events.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.
• Customers must inspect goods upon receipt and report any issues promptly.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and applies to all purchases.

• Medical devices and specialised equipment may be subject to restricted return conditions.
• Products must be returned in original condition and packaging unless otherwise agreed.
• Refunds and returns are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

7. Warranties

• Products are supplied with manufacturer warranties where applicable (e.g., Zopec UPS manufacturer warranty).
• OHM Medical IT does not provide additional warranties beyond those required under Australian Consumer Law unless expressly stated.
• Warranty claims must follow the manufacturer’s warranty process.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• OHM Medical IT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of clinical time, or equipment downtime.
• Our liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the product, as determined under Australian Consumer Law.
• We are not responsible for misuse, improper installation, unauthorised modification, or failure to follow manufacturer guidelines.

9. Professional Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable clinical, biomedical, electrical, and safety standards, including but not limited to AS/NZS standards.
• OHM Medical IT does not replace the need for professional clinical judgement, biomedical engineering oversight, or regulatory compliance.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and branding, is the property of OHM Medical IT / OHM Biomedical Pty Ltd and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
